답글삭제정말 개인의 창의성 완전 존중해주는 직장 같더라고요
신입 엔지니어도 자기가 하고싶은 프로젝트 할 수 있도록 해주고
기억나는게
청각 장애인 분도 코딩 능력이 있다면 수화 통역사를 붙여줘서 능력을 100% 쓸 수 있도록 환경을 만들어 주고
원하는 지사에서 일할 수 있도록 해주는 건 당연한거더라고요
